Full Service Design Process
At Freed & Co we are enthusiastic and passionate about creating beautiful interior and exterior spaces. Our objectives and goals are to interpret and listen closely to our client's needs, all the while paying attention to the classic, timeless and seamless process of creating an outstanding home. We are constantly working towards success in the ever evolving industry of Architecture, and Interior Aesthetics. Expect
Step 01
Initial Consultation
Once we have agreed to begin working together, we will set up an initial meeting to further discuss the project. We will address design style, scope, budget, our process, and our fees.
Step 03
Initial Conceptual Design Presentation
After gathering all of the info about your project, we create a professional design plan for your home. We will present options for room layouts, color schemes, fabrics, lighting, and furnishings. During this phase we finalize the design direction and agreed budget.
Step 05
Procurement, Site Visits, and Labor
After all items are approved and deposits are in, we begin ordering. This phase includes varied lead times, based on the customization of our work. However, we are diligently overseeing the behind the scenes minuscule details of your project from conception to completion.
Step 07
Billing
When the orders are nearing completion and estimated to ship, we will prepare final balances due. These balances will need to be satisfied upon receipt in order to alleviate any delays in arrivals to your home.

Step 02
Design Agreement
After our initial consultation, we will draft a formal design agreement that breaks down the scope of work as well as design fees.

Step 04
Final Proposals and Deposits
At this stage, we complete the final design plan, as well as provide pricing for all approved items. Upon approval you will be issued an official proposal requesting a deposit for all of the listed items and labor costs.

Step 06
Installation and Accessories
When all of the furniture and various items have arrived at our warehouse, we begin overseeing the delivery and installation process. Additionally, we offer a separate service in order to add the finishing touches to your rooms. The art and accessories are a critical finale to the success of creating a well appointed home.
